Thursday

• At 11:56 p.m., Jacob R. Waters, 22, of DeKalb, was arrested for a warrant for failure to appear in court and for resisting arrest after being reported as intoxicated in a parking lot at 500 Grove St.

• At 4:22 p.m., officers responded to a report of attempted robbery at Target, 2555 Sycamore Road.

Friday

• At 11:37 a.m., a man reported a person he was living with would not allow him to leave their home on Glidden Avenue. The the man was able to leave the home after contacting police.
