Tuesday

At 7:55 p.m., an officer was dispatched to Grant Towers North in regard to a report of cannabis. The officer arrived on scene and investigated. The officer determined the report to be unfounded.

At 8:40 p.m., an officer was dispatched to Neptune North in regard to a report of residential burglary. The officer met with the complainant and took a report. This case is open pending further investigation.

At 8:49 p.m., an officer was dispatched to the NIU Police Department in regard to a report of theft. The officer met with the complainant and took a report. This case is open pending further investigation.

At 9:01 p.m., an officer was dispatched to the Holmes Student Center in regard to a report of cannabis. The officer made contact with the individual in the room in question. The individual was referred to the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct for possession of cannabis.
