Tuesday

At 12:25 a.m., following a traffic stop at 400 E. Lincoln Highway, Lloyd E. West, 42, was charged with driving with a suspended license and was released with a court date.

At 5:15 a.m., a victim reported a suspect was inside her residence and was refusing to leave. When officers arrived they found the suspect, Phillip P. Pavone, 44, inside the residence, 514 N. Fourth St. The victim said Pavone did not live there and had no property there and was not on the lease. The victim said Pavone did not have keys to the residence and she believed he crawled in through a window. Following further investigation, Pavone was charged with criminal trespass to residence and criminal damage to property.

At 8:35 a.m., following a traffic stop at 1200 Sycamore Road, Matilde Garcia-Perez, 29, was charged with no valid driver’s license, no insurance and a warrant for no valid driver’s license.

Wednesday

At 10:59 a.m., following a traffic stop at 1300 Sycamore Road, Juan Pablo Garcia, 31, was charged with no valid driver’s license and passing a school bus loading or unloading. Garcia was released on bond.

At 7:57 a.m., following a traffic stop at 1700 Sycamore Road, David A. Duncan, 49, was charged with no valid driver’s license, speeding and no insurance. Duncan was released on bond.

Raondra Love was arrested for theft under $500 and was transported to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office.

David A. Hanson, 45, turned himself in on a warrant for trespass. Hanson was released on bond with a court date.

At 11:05 p.m., officers went to Hope Haven, 1145 Rushmore Drive, to serve a warrant. Roger G. Adkerson, 50, was charged with failure to appear-battery. Adkerson was transported to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office.

Thursday

At 2:51 a.m., officers went to 1022 Springdale Lane to serve a warrant. Tamara L. Pitstick, 42, was charged with failure to appear—DUI. Pitstick was transported to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office.

Steven W. Gahlbeck was charged with retail theft and was transported to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office.

At 9:18 p.m., an officer went to Walmart, 2300 Sycamore Road, in response to a report of retail theft. Following an investigation, Jonathan R. Quinones, 19, and Dilnoza Baymatova, 20, were charged with retail theft.

At 7 p.m., officers were dispatched to 941 S. Fifth St. in reference to a dog running at large and biting a victim on the pant leg. Following an investigation, Maria Esteban-Hernandez Del Rosario, 31, was charged with dog running at large.

At 5:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to 173 Holly Drive for a dog running at large. Following investigation, Alfredo M. Ortiz-Martinez, 40, was charged with dog running at large.

Friday

At 1:10 a.m., following a traffic stop at 400 W. Lincoln Highway, Jahmaria A. Brown, 22, was charged with suspended registration. The passenger was charged with obstructing identification and an original warrant of fraud.

At 2:50 a.m., officers responded to a Regent Drive address for a domestic battery complaint. Following investigation, Deron F. Smith, 22, was charged with domestic battery.

At 9:31 a.m., Alex Perez, 23, turned himself in on a warrant for failure to appear—drug paraphernalia. Perez was released on bond with a court date.

At 8:15 p.m., officers responded to a Russell Road address in response to a report of battery. Following an investigation, Mason J. Lovell, 19, was charged with battery.

At 3:28 p.m., following a traffic stop at 1000 Blackhawk Drive, Brittany R. Bell, 25, was charged with an original warrant for failure to appear —retail theft. Bell was released on bond.

At 8:40 p.m., officers responded to Walmart, 2300 Sycamore Road, in reference to a report of retail theft. Following an investigation, Juan C. Cruz, 29, was charged with retail theft.

Saturday

At 2:00 a.m., following a traffic stop at 100 N. First St., Sonia Lopez, 37, was charged with DUI and driving with a revoked license.

At 2:45 a.m., following a traffic stop at 1200 Varsity Blvd., Devin L. Fosco, 21, was charged with DUI, improper backing, no headlights, unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Fosco was transported to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office.

At 10:07 a.m., officers responded to Illini Tire, 1031 W. Lincoln Highway, for a report of a theft of a tire. Dispatch provided a description of the vehicle. Following an investigation, James R. Colpen, 33, was charged with retail theft.

At 9:44 p.m., following a traffic stop at 800 W. Lincoln Highway, Luis M. Arriola, 39, was charged with driving with a revoked license and no vehicle insurance.
