Lawyer, judge to discuss William Curl’s plea deal
April 1, 2013
Lawyers are discussing a plea agreement today for William “Billy” Curl, the man accused of murdering freshman Antinette “Toni” Keller in 2010.
Attorneys plan to meet in Judge Robbin Stuckert’s chambers.
If convicted of murder, Curl faces between 20 and 60 years in prison. Curl is accused of murder, concealing a homicidal death, arson and criminal sexual assault in connection with Keller’s death. Keller was last seen Oct. 14, 2010, when she told friends she was working on an art project in Prairie Park. Two days later, her burned body was found in the park.
