At 2:05 p.m., following a traffic stop at 200 E. Hillcrest Drive, Elezar Hernandez, 20, was charged with driving with a suspended license.

At 3:11 a.m., following a traffic stop at 300 N. Annie Glidden Road, Albert J. Simmons, 21, was charged with no valid driver’s license and was released on bond.

At 2:50 a.m., the complainant called the police department to report a domestic battery at a Kent Place address. Following an investigation, Justin T. White, 20, was charged with domestic battery. White was transported to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office.

Christina V. Burton, 25, was arrested and charged with retail theft.
