At 2:12 a.m., following a traffic stop at 100 S. Pearl St., Cory E. McCaslin, 28, was charged with driving with a revoked license and disobeying a traffic control device. McCaslin was released on bond with a court date.

At 12:47 p.m., the complainant contacted the police department to report a solicitor complaint. Upon arrival, officers located the suspect exiting a building in the complex. The suspect, identified as Earnest B. Blossom, 56, advised he worked for ResCom soliciting energy customers. The company did not have a permit to solicit business. Dispatch advised Blossom was wanted on a parole violation warrant. Blossom was charged with the parole warrant for an armed robbery charge. Blossom was transported to the DeKalb County Jail.

At 4:25 a.m., following a traffic stop at 900 N. Annie Glidden Road, Ashanti O. Jones, 21, was charged with obstructing identification, driving with a suspended license and no rear registration plate light.

At 2:07 p.m., Christopher C. Biegalski, 23, turned himself in on charges for failure to notify police, leaving the scene of an accident, improper lane use and failure to leave information with the other individual. Biegalski was released on bond.

At 2:05 p.m., officers were dispatched to Kohl’s, 2070 Sycamore Road, for a report of retail theft. Following an investigation, Melanie E. Lockett, 18, was charged with retail theft and was released on bond.

At 5:29 p.m., officers responded to Schnucks, 975 S. Annie Glidden Road, for a report of retail theft. Following investigation, Deonte M.J. Moore, 19, was charged with retail theft, possession of alcohol and possession of paraphernalia.

At 7:26 p.m., following a traffic stop at 1100 State St., Jandy Rodriguez, 30, was charged with driving with a suspended license and was released on bond.

At 9:11 p.m., officers were called to Walmart, 2300 Sycamore Road, for a retail theft report. Following investigation, Benjamin R. McGranahan, 20, was charged with retail theft.

At 7:29 p.m., officers received a report of reckless driving. Following a traffic stop at 200 S. Annie Glidden Road, Robert Douglas Cram, 47, was charged with DUI and improper lane usage.
