At 1:04 a.m., officers were alerted to 711 Russell Road for a report of a banned individual on the property. Following investigation, Terrence U. Thurman, 24, was charged with criminal trespass to real property.

At 1:14 a.m., officers responded to a West Lincoln Highway residence for a 911 investigation. Upon arrival, it was learned the suspect was involved in a domestic battery. Michael Smith, 31, was charged with domestic battery and unlawful interference with the reporting of a domestic violence.
