Dr. Michael P. Zuckert, professor of political science at the University of Notre Dame, speaks at the Seminar on International Relations on Monday evening in the Stevens Conference Room in the Barsema Alumni & Visitor Center. His talk focused on the impact that slavery had on the drafting of the Constitution at the Constitutional Convention in 1787.
