The men’s tennis team (12-5) took down the Southern Illinois Salukis in a close 4-3 win.

The Huskies got off to a slow start in doubles play as SIU won two matches to grab the first point in the match.

NIU came storming back in singles play to grab the four points needed to win the match.

Dor Amir, Frederick Cadieux, Max Phillips and Simon Formont grabbed wins in singles for NIU. This is NIU’s third straight win since its March 11 loss to Stetson.
