Christopher J. Gerken, 23, turned himself in for unlawful production of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gerken was transported to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office.

At 5:38 p.m., Adrian I. Lopez, 21, turned himself in on a warrant for unlawful delivery of a firearm. Lopez was released on bond.

At 4 p.m., officers responded to a Crane Drive residence to investigate a domestic battery. Darvis S. Yates, 25, was charged with aggravated battery, two counts of domestic battery, interference with reporting a domestic violence and an original warrant of criminal trespass.
