Free driving course instruction for DeKalb residents

The Secretary of State’s Office and the DeKalb Senior Center will host a free Rules of the Road review course for the DeKalb area, according to a Monday news release.

The course will be free to attend and open to anyone who wants to attend. The course will focus on reviewing driving laws, the process of renewing a driver’s license and preparing participants for the written and road examinations, according to the release. The course will also provide information on the vision screening necessary for some license renewals.

The course will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on Feb. 1 at the DeKalb Senior Center, 330 Grove St.
