At 1:18 a.m., officers responded to Molly’s, 1000 W. Lincoln Highway, in reference to a report of a male subject who took a bottle of DeKuyper Buttershots Butterscotch Schnapps. Following investigation, Kyle J. Aragon, 22, was charged with retail theft.

At 2:08 a.m., officers responded to suspicious activity at 808 Ridge Drive. An investigation led to Brian P. Gajewski, 18, being charged with unlawful consumption of alcoholic liquor and resisting a peace officer.

At 3:19 a.m., officers were dispatched to a Regent Drive residence for a fight in progress report. Upon arrival, the female suspect displayed a knife. Alicia M. Crider, 23, was charged with aggravated assault, and resisting a peace officer.

At 2:20 p.m., officers were dispatched to a South Fifth Street residence in response to a report of domestic battery. Following an investigation, Michael P. Bucciferro, 45, was charged with domestic battery.
