The following was taken directly from area police and fire department records, or DeKalb County court records. Anyone mentioned is presumed innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.

Monday

At 5:49 p.m., officers responded to a First Street residence domestic battery. Following investigation, Timothy C. Holcomb, 50, was charged with unlawful interference with the reporting of domestic violence, and two counts of domestic battery.

At 6:11 p.m., while on patrol, officers located a wanted person at 350 Augusta Ave. The warrant was confirmed and Marqus A. Hill, 24, was charged with a failure to appear warrant. Hill was booked and transported to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office.

At 10:41 p.m., officers observed a suspicious vehicle at 901 Lucinda Ave. Following investigation, Dominique L. Coleman, 25, was charged with possession of cannabis with intent to deliver, possession of cannabis with intent to deliver within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of cannabis, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Coleman was booked and transported to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office.

At 11:05 p.m., officers responded to 820 W. Hillcrest Drive for a report of a fight. Nicolas J. Poplawski, 20, was charged with obstructing a peace officer, resisting a peace officer, possession of cannabis, and consumption by a minor.
