Wednesday
At 3:56 p.m. on Sept. 18, an officer was sent to the Founders Memorial Library for a report of theft. The officer met with the complainant and took a report. On Wednesday, the case was administratively closed due to a lack of leads.
At 3:15 p.m. on Oct. 5, an officer was sent to Stevenson Towers South in regard to a report of theft. The officer met with the complainant and took a report. On Wednesday, this case was administratively closed due to a lack of leads.
At 12:55 p.m. on Oct. 19, officers were sent to Stevenson Towers Community Safety Center to meet with a complainant in regard to an allegation of possible criminal sexual assault reportedly occurring at Lincoln Hall. Officers met with the complainant and initiated an investigation. On Wednesday, this case was administratively closed at the request of the complainant.
At 6:45 a.m. on Oct. 20, an officer was sent to the 500 block of Lucinda Avenue in regard to a report of criminal damage to property. The officer met with the complainant and took a report. On Wednesday, this case was administratively closed due to a lack of leads.
At 7:59 p.m., an officer was sent to Neptune North in regard to a report of theft. The officer met with the complainant and took a report. On Wednesday, this case was administratively closed due to a lack of leads.
Friday
At 7 p.m. on Nov. 15, an officer was sent to the Campus Recreation Center in regard to a report of theft. The officer met with the complainant and took a report. On Friday, this case was administratively closed due to a lack of leads.
At 9:43 a.m. on Nov. 19, an officer was sent to the NIU Police Department in regard to a report of theft from a motor vehicle. The officer met with the complainant and took a report. On Friday, this case was administratively closed due to a lack of leads.
At 4:34 p.m. on Nov. 20, an officer was sent to the NIU Police Department in regard to a report of theft. The officer met with the complainant and took a report. On Friday, this case was administratively closed due to a lack of leads.
At 9:13 p.m., officers on patrol at the 800 block of North Annie Glidden Road met with David D. Holliday, 22, of DeKalb. Holliday had an active arrest warrant for failure to appear in court for a traffic offense. Holliday was arrested and sent to the NIU Police Department. He was released on a $375 bond.
Sunday
At 7:55 a.m. on Nov. 9, an officer was sent to Grant Towers North in regard to a report of theft. The officer met with the complainant and took a report. On Sunday, the case was administratively closed due to a lack of leads.
At 1:42 p.m. on Nov. 19, an officer was sent to the Psychology and Computer Science Building in regard to a report of theft. The officer met with the complainant and took a report. On Sunday, the case was administratively closed due to a lack of leads.
