The following was taken directly from area police and fire department records, or from DeKalb County court records. Anyone mentioned is presumed innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.

At 1:53 a.m., officers responded to the University Village, 722 N. Annie Glidden Road, in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival at the scene, both parties were separated and the suspect was banned from the property.
At 1:55 a.m., officers were flagged down at Starbusters, 930 Pappas Drive, in regards a complaint of a subject breaking a mirror. An investigation was started. Bryan M. Collins, 22, was arrested for criminal damage to property.
At 1:57 a.m., officers observed a vehicle driving erratically near 1000 Hillcrest Drive. Following a traffic stop, Joshua D. Loyd, 33, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and the possession of cannabis.
At 2:25 a.m,, officers responded to Star Properties, 845 Pappas Drive, to break up a party. When officers arrived at the scene, a call was received saying that someone inside the apartment had a gun in his waistband. A search of the residents revealed no gun and an investigation was started.
At 2:30 a.m., officers responded to 918 Kimberly Drive in regards to a domestic dispute not in progress. Officers met the victim at 1307 W. Lincoln Highway and started an investigation. Officers advised both parties a report would be on file.
At 4:16 a.m., officers observed a black Pontiac driving erratically near 800 N. Annie Glidden Road. Following a traffic stop, the driver, Ellen K. Dunne, 22, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
At 11:57 a.m., officers received a call from a complainant at 902 Ridge Road in regards to criminal damage of property. A report was documented.
At 5:57 p.m., officers responded to 519 Haish Blvd. in regards to an active warrant for Michael J. Toner, 40. Toner was taken into custody. Toner was transported to NB&T, 130 W. Lincoln Highway, where he gave permission for officers to withdraw $300 from his debit card. Toner was transported to DCPD, booked and released after posting bond.
At 10:58 p.m., officers arrived at Holderness Apartments, 806 Greenbrier Road, in reference to an active warrant for Jeffrey R. Stout, 24. Officers located Stout at the residence and he was taken into custody. Stout was unable to post bond and was transported to DCSO.
