The impact of domestic violence in the media will be discussed at a Victim Advocacy Services event, according to a Women’s Resource Center press release.

Victim Advocacy Services will be speaking about domestic violence in the media in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. The Women’s Resource Center encourages people to join in an engaging dialogue on hot-button topics affecting college students today, according to the Women’s Resource Center.

The event is part of the Hot Topic Tuesdays series and will be held at 7 p.m. on Oct. 30 at Stevenson South Fishbowl.
