Seminar on confidence building to be held Thursday

A seminar creating confidence and competence in classrooms will be held on Nov. 1, according to NIU Today.
Toni Tollerud, presidential teaching professor for the College of Education, will hold a seminar called Transformation Learning: Building Confidence and Competence with Counselors and Educators in the Classroom at noon on Nov. 1 in the Holmes Student Center’s Capitol Room.
Tollerud will use her experience in the classroom to discuss ways she facilitates student learning to promote competence and confidence, according to NIU Today. The seminar will include a panel of doctoral students who will think about how interactions in the classroom contribute to their personal and professional growth, according to NIU Today.
