Monday

Rex Tee Barclay turned himself in on a complaint of trespassing. Barclay was then taken into custody, booked and transported to DCSO.

At 12:11 a.m., officers learned of possible drug activity at Star Properties on Lucinda Avenue. After investigation, two subjects were arrested. Charles T. Gaines, 20, and Derrick A. McCullough, 19, were charged with possession of cannabis with the intent to deliver, possession of cannabis 10 to 30 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

At 12:54 a.m., officers served a warrant to Fahd Kayani, 20, for possession of cannabis.

At 1:43 a.m., officers responded to a call from WalMart employees who observed the suspect, Anthony J. Kier, 27, taking items from the store without paying. Kier was charged with retail theft, driving with a suspended license, and driving without insurance.

At 5:49 p.m., officers observed a vehicle and after checking LEADS they found the driver possessed a suspended license. After a traffic stop, Romell M. Vassar, 22, was charged with driving with a suspended license. Vassar was released on bond.
