Wednesday

At 3:58 p.m., an officer was dispatched to the lobby of the NIU Department of Public Safety for a theft report. This case is administratively closed.

Thursday

At 2:05 a.m., officers responded to Lot 4 for a report of graffiti on a nearby bridge. The officers took photographs of the graffiti. This case is administratively closed.

At 11:59 p.m., an officer in the Lincoln Hall lobby observed two women carrying another women into the lobby. The officer made contact with the women and learned the person they were carrying was under 21 and not a student. After verifying she was okay, the officer gave the woman a verbal warning for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor.
