DeKalb County’s branch of Habitat for Humanity will host a Dine to Donate event Thursday.

The event will last from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. at the DeKalb Applebee’s, 2411 Sycamore Road.

Fifteen percent of every bill will go toward Habitat for Humanity of DeKalb County, according to the Habitat for Humanity of DeKalb County website.

The money made at this event is planned to be put toward a house being worked on in Sycamore.

“We have had several Dine to Donate fundraisers and all of the money is going toward rehabbing this house and will go toward building and operating,” said Chris Atherton, Habitat for Humanity of DeKalb County volunteer coordinator.

The coupons needed to have the money donated can be found at the Applebee’s website, under the Dine to Donate section.
