April is Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer (LGBTQ) Awareness Month at NIU.

The LGBT Resource Center will host the 8th annual Ally Awards, which honor NIU faculty, staff, students and DeKalb organizations that “have been allies to the LGBT community during the 2011-2012 academic year,” according to a press release.
