On Tuesday, Vice President Joe Biden and U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will travel to Norfolk, Va., to discuss college affordability.

That afternoon, Biden will answer questions about college affordability on Twitter. Anyone can send questions by using the the hashtag #AskVP, and participants can follow the chat live from the @VP Twitter account.
