Friday
At 3:21 a.m., an officer patrolling Douglas Hall A Wing observed a male lying down in a hallway on the fourth floor. The officer made contact with the person, who was under 21 and had consumed alcoholic beverages. The offender was referred to the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor.
At 8:28 a.m., an officer responded to a theft report at 155 N. Third St. Upon arrival, the officer met with a person who said someone stole a digital camera from an office. This case is pending investigation.
At 11:30 p.m., an officer on assignment at the Convocation Center was approached by an individual concerning lost keys. The person was under 21 but smelled of an alcoholic beverage. She admitted to consuming an alcohol beverage and was referred to the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor.
Saturday
At 2:35 a.m., an officer on assignment at the Convocation Center encountered a person who was under 21 and intoxicated. The man’s speech was slurred and his eyes appeared glassy. The offender was referred to the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor.
At 5:19 a.m., an officer responded to Lot 35 for a report of graffiti. Upon arrival, the officer observed and photographed the graffiti and canvassed the area for leads. This case is administratively closed due to a lack of leads.
At 10:34 a.m., an officer responded to a report of theft at the Huskie Stadium. Upon arrival, she met with a person who said someone stole two jackets from his storage room. This case is pending investigation.
At 3:30 p.m., an officer responded to the Holmes Student Center for a report of theft. Upon arrival, he met with a person who said someone stole money out of her wallet. This case is pending investigation.
At 11:06 p.m., an officer on patrol of Douglas Hall A Wing smelled the odor of burnt cannabis coming from a room. Contact with the occupant of the room revealed cannabis and drug paraphernalia. The offender was referred to the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct for unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of paraphernalia.
Sunday
At 12:45 a.m., an officer patrolling the Stevenson North lobby observed a woman under 21 walking unsteadily. Contact with the woman revealed she had glassy eyes and slurred speech, and smelled of an alcoholic beverage. She was transported to Kishwaukee Community Hospital and received a verbal warning for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor.
At 1:51 a.m., an officer responded to the fourth floor of Douglas Hall D Wing regarding an intoxicated person. The officer encountered a male student who had slurred speech and glassy eyes. The officer referred to the offender, who was under 21, to the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor.
At 7:59 p.m., an officer responded to the fourth floor of Grant North D Tower for a report of theft. The officer met with a person who said someone stole his wallet. This case is pending investigation.
At 9:16 p.m., an officer responded to the Campus Recreation Center for a report of theft. The officer met with a person who said someone stole his cellphone from the sidelines of a basketball court. This case is pending investigation.
