Lord Stanley’s to serve three-day suspension for liquor violations

Lord Stanley’s will serve a three day suspension and pay a $1,500 fine for violations to its Class A Liquor license, which occurred on Feb. 11.
According to Agreed Findings of Fact, Fine and Suspension order, Lord Stanley’s employees allowed a minor to enter and remain in the premises and was not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The employees also allowed the minor to be served alcohol without demanding presentation of positive identification showing proof of age.
Lord Stanley’s, 142 E. Lincoln Highway, will serve the days of suspension from 6 a.m. on March 31 to 2 a.m. on April 3.
