• At 10:54 p.m., officers responded to the first floor of Lincoln Hall A-Wing in response to a man and woman arguing. Upon investigation, officers determined the man battered the woman. Jarrell D. Ross, 18, of Lansing was arrested for domestic battery and was transported to DeKalb County Jail.
