Former Student Trustee DuJuan Smith was named Assistant Dean of Students for the University of Houston last week.

According to an article in The Daily Cougar, the UH student newspaper, Smith will be in charge of student disciplinary policies and procedures.

Smith served as NIU Student Trustee during the 2008-2009 academic year.

Smith also served as the coordinator of Student Affairs at Moraine Valley Community College, according to the article.
