This fall, keep it classy

When piecing together a perfect ensemble, a true fashionista will always know that it’s not solely the clothes that complete the outfit. No, a statement outfit is created by small details merging together to create a bigger vision. When it comes to makeup, understated, sexy looks come together to create this fall’s newest makeup trends.
Wine red lips have come to turn up the heat. Vibrant red or burgundy lipstick finished off with a dab of clear gloss creates a look that’s sure to chase away the chill. With a look so vibrant, it’s essential to remember that more is less. Once the perfect pouty lips are created, keep the rest of your makeup simple and sweet with a sweep of pale blush and some light eye shadow.
Next, nix the dark, liquid eyeliner and opt for black, smudgy shadow. Pick a shadow that is easy to diffuse and blend. For application, apply along the upper and lower lash lines and outer corners of the eye. Finish it off by using a wet eye brush to dab away any harsh lines or sharp edges to create a truly effortless look.
For something more dramatic, break out the mascara wand because it’s time to pile on the goods. Mile-high eyelashes produced by numerous coats of mascara are used to create a dramatic look.
Lastly, pull forth your inner glow by dabbing generous amounts of highlighter on the tops of your cheekbones. Highlighter can come in either liquid or powder form, so choose whatever works best for you. I prefer liquid highlighter because it’s easier to blend and creates a dewier look. NARS liquid illuminator in the peachy pink shade, “Orgasm,” is my product of choice, because it’s easy to blend and creates a fresh look.
Whatever look you may choose, whether it is fall or not, always be sure to be creative and precise. No one likes a sloppy makeup job, so be creative but always keep it classy.
