Roy Williams is stuck in a dream, within a dream…within a dream
August 23, 2011
Does Roy Williams have a never-ending case of being atrocious at football?
The Chicago Bears’ offseason addition has looked sluggish and careless through the first two preseason games.
I’m not one to harp on players throughout the course of the exhibition period, but I can’t resist ripping into the former Texas Longhorn.
Through my baby-blue eyes, it would make sense to be giving your best, or at least something of an effort with your new team.
But you’ve been handed the No. 1 receiver position by your “paly-pal” Mike Martz, the offensive coordinator, or lack thereof, for the Bears.
And maybe I’m expecting too much out of you, since the Bears inked you for only $1.5 million for a year, with $960,000 in incentives.
After all, you might just be a pudwack.
I’d only urge you to wake up from your “Inception” like delusion fantasy, or else your horns will be hooked for good.
