MONDAY

At 11:26 p.m., officers responded to the 9th floor of Stevenson Tower South for a report of an obnoxious odor consistent with cannabis. Upon arrival, they spoke with the resident of the suspected room. The resident admitted to smoking cannabis and gave the officers his drug paraphernalia. He was then referred to the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct for possession of drug paraphernalia.

At 1:20 p.m., officers responded to Neptune East regarding a domestic battery that occurred earlier in the day. The complainant stated that her boyfriend attempted to choke her. She stated that she is unwilling to press charges. This case is closed via a refusal to cooperate.
