July 18

At 9:43 a.m., graffiti was reported on two light poles in NIU parking lot 44. Due to lack of suspects or leads, the case is administratively closed.

At 9:14 p.m., a theft of a bicycle from the East Heating Plant was reported. A canvas of the area provided no leads. The case is administratively closed.

At 11:59 p.m., graffiti was reported on a sign in NIU parking lot V. Due to lack of leads, the case is administratively closed pending new information.

July 19

At 10:54 a.m., a theft from the Art Building was reported. The case is pending investigation.
