Friday

  • At 4:55 p.m., a battery was reported at Neptune East. One subject claimed she was the victim of an unprovoked physical attack. This case is pending investigation.

Saturday

  • At 1:37 a.m., an officer caught a person trying to get in the foam party at the Chick Evans Fieldhouse with an invalid wristband. Kevin Morris, 23, of Chicago, pushed the officer and was arrested for battery and resisting/obstructing an officer.
  • At 11:46 a.m., a student reported the theft of a sum of currency and textbooks from his room at Neptune West. Pending any leads or further information, this case is administratively closed.

Sunday

  • At 1:26 a.m., two groups passing each other near Grant Drive became involved in a fight. This case is pending investigation.
  • At 1:28 a.m., an officer was dispatched to Stevenson North on an odor of cannabis. Since the officer needed to do a check of well being, he was let in the room and found the occupant in a concerned state of health. She was checked and determined OK before the officer left. This case is pending investigation.
