Jose Canseco is more than a dumb jock. He is a really dumb jock.

El Nuevo Herald reported something that would be rather unbelievable if it were not Canseco.

He was supposedly appearing for a celebrity boxing match at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino when things went terribly wrong.

When Canseco took his shirt off as he entered the ring, his tattoos seemed to be missing. This was because Jose sent his identical twin brother, Ozzie, to the ring in his place.

Jose posted on his Twitter account that the reason of the switch was because Celebrity Boxing failed to meet his demands, but fewer people are buying that than his book. His reasoning is that he was not paid the $5,000 for his appearance up front. It’s hard to believe Jose Canseco passing up any money, though.

What was Jose thinking? Probably nothing, as he has shown throughout the past decade, from being addicted to steroids (yes, addicted to steroids) to abusing both of his previous spouses.

Not much more could go wrong for this guy. The only thing he’s got going for him is his pathetic performance as the D-List athlete on Celebrity Apprentice, something that would even embarrass Dennis Rodman.
