The poor plowing of the streets was not due to DeKalb plowmen; it was due to those who decided to park on the side of the street that clearly stated there was to be no parking if two or more inches fell on the ground.

I believe more than two inches fell during the blizzard. So don’t blame the plowmen.

Blame your fellow peers for parking on the side of the street and disobeying the law.
