Sycamore man charged with sexual assault offenses

SYCAMORE | Sycamore Police arrested a man Wednesday for alleged sexual assault offenses.
Rudy L. Salazar, 56, of Sycamore, was charged with four counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, a class X felony and four counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, a class 2 felony.
Salazar was taken to DeKalb County Jail and is being held on a $750,000 bond.
Prior to the arrest, Sycamore Police were contacted by a person who had alleged being a victim of the charges.
