The Rant: Anthony needs to find his way to Bulls

Carlos Boozer seems like a consolation prize after the Bulls were snubbed by LeBron James, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh.

So why haven’t the Bulls pulled the trigger yet on a trade for Carmelo Anthony? After trading away Kirk Hinrich and others to clear up salary cap space, the Bulls have plenty of salary cap room to fill.

Joakim Noah isn’t going anywhere after signing his contract extension, but the Bulls still have plenty of talent and draft picks to offer in a trade to Denver.

Star-studded teams are becoming the model of championship NBA clubs. The Bulls could use one more star if they want to ever compete with Miami, Boston or the Lakers. After striking out in the summer, ‘Melo would be a home run.
