He currently works as a real estate agent and is the Director of Institutional Advancement at Rockford Christian Schools.

Sosnowski plans to work on expanding economic development efforts as a way to help local companies increase sales and jobs. He also plans on focusing on the basics of the state and to improve important infrastructures.
