SEPT. 8

At approximately 3:39 p.m., officers responded to Grant North D Tower for the report of a theft. The complainant stated that at

3:15 p.m., someone stole her iPod from the Grant Towers North computer lab. This case is cleared with an adult arrest.

SATURDAY

At approximately 9:46 a.m., an officer patrolling the football east tailgating area observed an individual holding a can of

beer. The individual admitted to being under the age of 21. He was referred to the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct for unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor.

At approximately 9:53 a.m., an officer patrolling the football east tailgating area observed an individual consuming a can of beer. The individual admitted to being under the age of 21. He was referred to the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. Later in the day, the same individual was seen again with a can of beer. He was then ejected from the tailgating area.

At approximately 10:26 a.m., an officer patrolling the football east tailgating area observed an individual set a can of beer on the ground. The individual admitted to being under the age of 21. She was referred to the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct for unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor.

MONDAY

At approximately 1:06 a.m., an officer responded to Lot NVC for a report of criminal damage to a motor vehicle. A complainant advised that someone broke her car windshield with a brick. This case is pending investigation.
