THURSDAY
At 11:54 p.m., University Police stopped a subject carrying a can of beer near Grant Drive. When questioned, the subject revealed more cans in his bag. The individual was referred to Judicial Affairs for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.
At 11:56 p.m., a University Police officer conducting a routine check of Grant South Lobby noticed two individuals with a case of beer exiting the premises. Both admitted to drinking underage and voluntarily poured the beer out. Both were non-students and received a verbal warning for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.
FRIDAY
At 1:32 a.m., University Police discovered three subjects consuming alcohol unlawfully. All three subjects were referred to Judicial Affairs for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
At 1:45 a.m., University Police officers were dispatched to an activated emergency call. An individual was identified as having activated the alarm with no legitimate reason to do so. The offender was referred to Judicial Affairs.
At 2:48 a.m., University Police observed an individual that had unlawfully consumed alcohol. The subject was referred to Judicial Affairs for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
At 4:38 a.m., University Police observed an individual that had unlawfully consumed alcohol. The subject was referred to Judicial Affairs for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
At 11:06 a.m., University Police responded to a report of a bicycle theft. Case is open pending further investigation.
At 11:09 a.m., an individual who is banned from campus was identified on a traffic stop. It was determined that the banned individual had been on campus. Trevhor Hardy, 19, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing to state supported property and no valid driver’s license. Hardy posted bond and was released.
At 12:43 p.m., University Police received a report that an individual had been receiving harassing phone calls. Case is open and pending further investigation.
At 6:29 p.m., University Police received a report of the theft of a windshield wiper arm. Case is administratively closed.
At 10:42 p.m., University Police observed a subject that was unlawfully in possession of alcohol. The subject was referred to Judicial Affairs for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.
At 11:07 a.m., University Police observed a subject that was unlawfully in possession of alcohol. The subject was referred to Judicial Affairs for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.
At 11:42 p.m., University Police observed a subject that had unlawfully consumed alcohol. The subject was referred to Judicial Affairs for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
SATURDAY
At 12:44 a.m., University Police observed an individual that was unlawfully in possession of alcohol. Darnell Mitchell, 20, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and obstructing a peace officer. Mitchell posted bond and was released.
At 1:14 a.m., University Police observed a subject that had unlawfully consumed alcohol. The subject was referred to Judicial Affairs for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
At 2:30 a.m., University Police responded to a report of battery at the Recreation Center. Case is administratively closed.
At 2:26 p.m., University Police responded to a report of domestic battery in Lincoln Hall, Floor A4. Officers interviewed all parties involved and determined the offenders to be mutual combatants. Case was referred to Judicial Affairs.
At 7:46 p.m., University Police responded to a report of domestic battery in Northern View Community Building 4A. Officers interviewed all parties involved and the victim refused to sign criminal complaints. Case was referred to Judicial Affairs.
At 8:35 p.m., University Police received a report of a stolen wallet. Case is open pending further investigation.
At 11:42 p.m., University Police observed a subject that had unlawfully consumed alcohol. The subject was referred to Judicial Affairs for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
SUNDAY
At 12:25 a.m., University Police observed an individual near Blackhawk Road with an open container of alcohol. The subject received a verbal warning.
At 2:17 a.m., University Police observed an individual near Blackhawk Road with an open container of alcohol. The subject received a verbal warning.
At 5:36 a.m., University Police responded to a report of sexual assult that occurred at Douglas Hall. Nicholas Hetherington, 20, was arrested for criminal sexual assault.
At 4:24 p.m., University Police received a report of a battery that happened after the party at the Campus Recreation Center on Friday night. A female complaining about sore feet was confronted by two other females that were irritated with her comments. A fight ensued. Case is pending investigation.
At 8:05 p.m., University Police received a report of the theft of a textbook from Lincoln Hall lobby. Individual stated that she placed the book on the chair and left it behind. Upon her return to recover the book, it was missing. Case is pending investigation.
At 10:08 p.m., University Police received a report of the theft of a laptop from a resident’s room at Neptune West. Case is pending investigation.
