At 11:56 a.m., a victim reported someone used his or her NIU OneCard multiple times. With no further leads, case is closed.
At 8:02 p.m., University Police responded to a report of battery at Northern View Community. After investigating, officers arrested Aaron C. Glenn, 24, of DeKalb, for domestic battery. Officers booked Glenn at the NIU Police Department, where he was later transported to DeKalb County Jail.
April 3
At 1:44 a.m., University Police on patrol in Lincoln Hall encountered a party. Upon investigating, they learned that six of the seven individuals were drinking while underage. They were referred to Judicial Affairs. The “of-age” individual was referred to Judicial Affairs for drinking with underage individuals.
At 3:47 a.m., a victim reported she was receiving harassing and threatening messages through Facebook. Case is pending.
At 8:56 p.m., a victim reported someone damaged his or her vehicle as it was parked in Lot C2. With no further leads, case is closed.
April 4
At 12:16 a.m., a victim reported someone damaged his or her vehicle as it was parked in Lot P. With no further leads, case is closed.
At 2:50 a.m., University Police on patrol in Douglas Hall found students in a room consuming alcohol while underage. The students were referred to Judicial Affairs.
At 2:59 a.m., Access Control at Lincoln Hall notified the University Police of an individual who appeared to be intoxicated walking around outside. Upon arrival, officers learned that the individual was underage. The individual was referred to Judicial Affairs.
At 8:30 p.m., a victim reported someone damaged his or her vehicle as it was parked in Lot C2. With no further leads, case is closed.
At 9:03 p.m., a victim reported someone damaged his or her vehicle as it was parked in Lot C2. With no further leads, case is closed.
