Reality TV not just trashy TV, but bad reality
November 3, 2008
Janice Dickinson is a real piece of work.
According to a video posted on E! Online, Dickinson is being sued by one of her ex models, Brian Kehoe, for defamation.
Kehoe allegedly that Dickinson ruined his modelling career for publicizing that he had a drinking problem. Dickinson responded by saying Kehoe was getting complaints from clients and that he had told another younger model to do cocaine in hopes of losing weight.
Wow. Reality TV isn’t only just bad TV anymore; it’s bad reality. The fashion industry, while pretty and sparkly, gets way too much attention. Selling products with nice legs certainly isn’t the smartest or most prestigious thing to do with one’s time. People like Dickinson and her whole slew of models are self-indulgent, bratty wastes of air time.
The fact she even has her own show says something about this society’s ability to produce something creative. They’re scraping for content, and it shows. Ms. Dickinson, stop publicizing your business. You were a supermodel once, and even then I probably wouldn’t have cared about you. I write now to ask nicely that you kindly retreat back into the cave you came from and leave us to enjoy intelligent, stimulating programming in peace. Thank you.
The case airs Monday, Nov. 3 on Cristina’s Court.
