• At 1:04 a.m., University Police went to Lincoln Hall to investigate the odor of cannabis. Upon investigating, officers referred two individuals to Judicial Affairs for possession of under 30 grams of cannabis.
• At 12:34 p.m., University Police responded to a report of a lost purse. The owner lost the purse/wallet on the way to catch a bus and discovered that the credit card contained in it had already been fraudulently used. Case is pending.
• At 3:39 p.m., victim reported that his former girlfriend approached him from behind and struck him in the face. She then attempted conversation, but the victim and his friend eluded her. She attempted to pursue them, but she was unable to locate them. The victim and his friend proceeded to the NIU Police Department to report the incident. Case is pending.
• At 11:38 p.m., victim reported his cell phone was stolen from the Lincoln Hall dining area. The victim said he left his phone on the table, but it was gone when he returned five minutes later. Service on the phone was suspended. Case is pending.
