Steven Tyler, the 60 year-old Aerosmith frontman filed a lawsuit on September 24. Tyler, whose legal name is Steven Victor Tallarico, is suing a group of unknown bloggers.

This is the second time that blogs, supposedly written by Tyler or his girlfriend Erin Brady, have appeared on blogspot.com, which is owned by Google. The last time this is occurred in 2007, the blogs were said to be taken down, so it came as a surprise when the incident happened all over again.

According to the lawsuit, “Through these blogs, Defendants published and continued to publish intimate details about Plaintiff’s private life on the20internet website www.blogspot.com, along with fabricated commentary.”

The entries included false information about Tyler’s health, his relationship with Brady and his children and information about his mother. The information posted about Tyler’s mother proved especially hurtful, as she just passed away in July.

Because of the information that was shared, Tyler is suing for unlawful public disclosure of private facts, false light and common law misappropriation of likeness. The amount of compensation that Tyler is asking for is currently unknown.

Hopefully the Demon of Screamin’ will be able to sort this mess out, and the rest will just come together.
