At 1:26 p.m., a hit and run occurred with someone hitting a parked vehicle in Lot C. On Oct. 27, after viewing a witness report, the officer identified and confronted the offending driver, who admitted his failure to report backing into the vehicle. The driver was cited for improper backing as well as doing damage to an unattended vehicle. Case is closed.
