Q: How are you qualified to serve as VP for Finance?
A: I am very qualified to serve as [CAB] Vice-President for Finance for three main reasons: The first reason is that I am the current Vice-President of Finance for [CAB] and am already familiar and acclimated with the organization. The second reason is that I have experience dealing with large sums of money through my membership on the Finance Committee of the SA (which is responsible for about 1.5 million dollars). I dealt with finances on a daily basis during my internship at ELKAY Manufacturing. The third main reason is that I held an accounting internship this past summer with ELKAY Manufacturing’s accounting department which taught me how to deal with money and also showed me how different departments of an organization (marketing, finance, administration, etc) interrelate and work together.
