What are the educational programs?

4. Civility
Who conducts them and how long do they last?
Bolles or Melissa Williams, the assistant director of NIU Greek Affairs, oversee the programs to make sure they are well-attended and cover an appropriate topic.
What sort of things do they do for community service?
Bolles said his office partners with NIU Grounds, the YMCA of DeKalb County, Hope Haven Homeless shelter in DeKalb, among other organizations, where individuals are required to wash windows, cut grass, work with youth or help in whatever way they are needed.
Who pays fines and what does the money go toward?
Bolles’ office is partially funded by judicial fines, but he said the money is also used to fund events that benefit students on campus.
