Huskies to see Big Ten action

The Big Ten will make its way to DeKalb this weekend as the NIU men’s soccer team hosts the University of Wisconsin today at 3 p.m. and Northwestern Sunday at 2:15 p.m.

Roy stressed that the Huskies consistently need to attack the opposing goal. The team has scored only three goals during its current 1-7-0 slide.
“I think playing smart and playing well in the offensive third will give us offensive opportunities,” said Roy.
Roy says the Huskies will have no excuse not to come out strong for the opening whistle today.
They have been idle since they lost to rival Wisconsin-Milwaukee 3-0 Oct. 17.
