While the NIU women’s swimming and diving squad took the weekend off from their schedule, the men’s swimming and diving squad ventured outside of the Mid-Continent Conference and came away with two wins out of the three meets they participated in.

On Friday, the Huskies traveled to Evanston, Ill., and split a double header. NIU suffered a 73-40 defeate at the hands of the Wildcats in the first half, but came back to crush Wheaton College 95-16 in the second half.
