DeKALB — NIU announced Friday 14 students and one more employee are now COVID-19 positive, and four students have recovered, according to the Campus COVID-19 Dashboard. As of Friday, 82 students and two employees are currently positive for the coronavirus. 

The dashboard’s cumulative testing stats show a total of 270 Huskies who have tested positive for the coronavirus, and 186 Huskies have recovered. 

As of Friday at 3:15 p.m., NIU is at 25.4% quarantine and isolation use. This is a 1.7% increase from Thursday.
