DeKalb Police seek owner of lost pet snake

Lost pet snake located at the 600 Block of N. 12th St.

DeKALB – The DeKalb Police Department are trying to find the owner of a pet snake found Friday, according to a Friday DeKalb Police Department Facebook post.
The pet snake was found at the 600 Block of N. 12th St., according to the post. The pet snake is currently residing at an animal rescue in Sycamore, a DeKalb police officer said Saturday.
The police department is asking DeKalb residents to call 815-748-8400 if anyone has lost or misplaced the pet snake.
