DeKALB — NIU announced Thursday that six additional students and one employee has tested positive for the coronavirus, and 10 students have recovered, according to the Campus COVID-19 Dashboard. As of Thursday, 28 students and five employees are currently COVID-19 positive.

The dashboard’s cumulative testing statistics show a total of 347 Huskies that have tested positive for COVID-19, and 314 have recovered.

As of  Thursday at 3:20 p.m., NIU is at 4.9% quarantine and isolation use. This is a 0.6% decrease from Wednesday.
